河北银行信用卡率先推出“容时容差”服务
记者从河北银行获悉，该行自今日起，将率先全面推出信用卡“容时容差”服务，容时服务提供最长3天的还款宽限期，持卡人仅需致电该行客服电话96368申请即可办理;容差服务提高为账户未清偿部分小于或等于100元视同持卡人全额还款。在规定的期限及金额范围内不会产生罚息及不良信用记录。
目前，该行正在开展“容时容差”服务的阶段性优惠活动，在2013年7月1日前，持卡人无需致电该行客服电话发起申请，就可以自动享受3天还款宽限期的优惠服务;容差服务同时实施且金额提高到100元。
此外，为更好地服务信用卡持卡人，避免持卡人忘记信用卡还款，该行还在到期还款日前分两次以短信的形式提醒按时还款，进一步为信用卡客户做好还款提醒等服务工作。信用卡“容时”服务，是为持卡人提供一定期限的还款宽限期服务，还款宽限期自到期还款日起计算，持卡人在还款宽限期内还款时，应当视同持卡人按时还款。
据本网记者了解，河北银行在去年纳入省级管理后，仍坚持以科学发展观为指导，以服务河北全省经济发展战略重点为宗旨，以现有机构体系为基础，以“服务中小企业、服务地方经济、服务城市居民”为市场定位，通过增资扩股、改造提升，进一步理顺了管理体制，完善了法人治理结构，健全了内控机制，提高了资本充足率，提升了抗风险能力。
