　　四名青年男女网购假身份证、产权证等虚假材料后，向银行骗领信用卡，并利用POS机透支套现11万余元。日前，四人均因信用卡诈骗罪被红桥法院判处有期徒刑。

　　2012年3月至7月间，江苏省男青年蒋某与内蒙古女青年刘某经预谋，伙同陕西省女青年符某、男青年燕某，冒用他人名义，利用从网上购得的身份证、伪造的产权证等虚假证明材料，共同向三家银行的信用卡中心骗取数十张信用卡，并将其中18张信用卡在朱某(另案处理)处，利用POS机透支套取现金共计人民币11万余元。同年7月9日，公安机关将蒋某、刘某、符某、燕某抓获归案，同时从蒋某处收缴赃款1万元。案发后，四被告人分别退赔赃款，上述11万余元涉案款现已全部发还被害银行。
