游泰国刷卡消费很方便
今年春节期间，预计将有10万中国游客赴泰国旅游。中国游客在泰国如何刷卡、换钱或提款消费最划算?记者就此采访了泰国当地银行和有关专家。
泰国开泰银行研究中心专家黄斌对记者表示，赴泰国旅游，携带银行卡和少量现金最方便。泰国海关规定游客出入境携带外币现钞超过2万美元(或等值外币)，须向海关如实申报，否则会受刑事处分。
自2005年以来，银联卡服务在泰国不断发展，为中国游客在泰国境内刷卡消费以及ATM机取现提供方便。最近，中国银联和泰国开泰银行正式宣布开通首个中泰跨境在线支付系统，中国公民可以使用银联卡在线支付购买泰国产品，支持在线支付的泰国商户主要包括酒店和航空公司。
目前，泰国的银联特约商户已达5万多家，大型百货店、机场和旅游团购店等中国游客常去的地方，都可以使用银联卡消费。中国银联泰国代表处主管郑平福介绍说，银联卡包括所有带有银联标识的借记卡、信用卡等银行卡。除了曼谷，中国游客常去的普吉、清迈等地区，都有银联特约商户。
据了解，曼谷大型购物广场均可使用信用卡或借记卡消费，也就是接受带有Visa或Master标志的国际信用卡。银联卡在一些中国游客经常光顾的商场也可以使用，但也有一些商户不接受银联卡，例如受中国游客青睐的“曼谷包”店就不接受银联卡。
郑平福介绍说，银联卡境外刷卡无需支付手续费，而且选择银联网络消费，可以免收1%—2%的货币兑换费，银联将消费的当地货币金额兑换成人民币金额，银行按此扣减持卡人的人民币账户金额，只涉及一次换汇。
在泰国ATM机上取泰铢也非常方便。泰国境内约97%的ATM机都支持银联卡提取泰铢，各主要飞机场、火车站、旅游景点都有当地银行的ATM机。郑平福提醒说，不推荐用银联信用卡取款，因为从取款当天就开始计算利息。使用银联借记卡可以避免支付利息的问题。相关货币兑换和刷卡消费一样，也是一次换汇。
不过，泰国ATM机取款需要支付一定的手续费。银联卡国内发卡银行将收取占取款金额约1%的手续费。泰国当地银行对泰国以外地区发行的银联卡收取现交易费，收费标准为每笔交易50泰铢(约合人民币10元)。另外，在泰国ATM机上取款有限额，每笔不超过2万泰铢，一天不超过10万泰铢。如果中国游客出国前在银行办理了取款限额，将受双重限制。鉴于泰国的银行按次数收取手续费，每次提款使用最大限额比较合适。
如果想将携带的人民币或美元兑换成泰铢现金，中国游客应尽量避开机场、酒店换汇，那里的汇率不划算，可以选择在曼谷市区当地银行开设的货币兑换所换汇。黄斌表示，最为实惠的应该是在ATM机上用银联借记卡提款，其汇率也还不错。
