美法官判苹果并未触犯加州信用卡付款法律
2月5日消息，据国外媒体报道，美国加州最高法院周一作出判决称，苹果及其他在线零售商要求消费者提供地址和手机号码作为接受信用卡付款的条件之举并未触犯加州法律。
加州最高法院称，该州的信用卡隐私权保护法律并不适用于在线购物活动。该法院在2011年判决称，这些隐私权保护规定适用于实体零售商，判定实体零售商不能在信用卡交易中要求消费者提供邮政编码。苹果是这项最新诉讼的被告，eBay和沃尔玛等在线零售商也都提交了观点概述文件来支持苹果。
